Iran’s Fars News Agency has reported what it describes as confirmed evidence of an Emirati airstrike targeting at least two locations inside Iran following the announcement of a temporary ceasefire.
According to the agency, several attacks were recorded across different areas within the country shortly after a temporary agreement between Iran and the United States was reached early Wednesday morning.
Military Analysis Points to Emirati Fighter Jets
Fars cited military affairs expert Nima Akbarkhani, who stated there is a 90 percent probability that the strike on the Lavan oil refinery was carried out by Emirati fighter aircraft. An image of a Mirage jet circulating on social media was also referenced as supporting material.
United States Denies Involvement
Separately, Axios reported, citing a United States official, that the strike on the Iranian oil refinery was not conducted by either the United States or Israel.
Flight Data and Intelligence Indicators
Data from Flightradar24 reportedly showed movements of Emirati military transport aircraft towards occupied Palestinian territories. The report also referenced prior Iranian intelligence claims indicating the presence of Mossad operatives within Emirati territory during the course of the war between Iran and Israel.
Iran Accuses UAE of Complicity
Iran has repeatedly accused the United Arab Emirates of complicity during the conflict, alleging that Emirati territory and airspace were made available for use by both United States and Israeli forces.
