Israeli official calls to bury Palestinian prisoners alive

“They aren’t human beings and not human animals. They’re subhuman and that’s how they should be treated,” he added, saying: “Eradicate the memory of Amalek, and never forget.”

“Amalek” refers to the arch-foe of Israelites in ancient times, a term also previously used by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Back in November, Netanyahu said “Israel” was “committed to completely eliminating this evil from the world. You must remember what Amalek has done to you, says our Holy Bible. And we do remember”.

Today, Palestinian media reported, citing local sources, wide-scale raids carried out by the Israeli occupation forces across the cities and refugee camps of the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian media reported that Israeli forces arrested Palestinian youth Youssef al-Khatib, during an incursion into the city of Areeha in the West Bank. It’s noteworthy that al-Khatib had been released as part of the recent prisoner exchange deal between the Palestinian Resistance and the Israeli occupation that took place during the seven-day truce.

Later, the media confirmed the release of al-Khatib, who was physically assaulted by the occupation forces.

Israeli occupation forces raided Nablus from the al-Tur neighborhood and the al-Yasmeena neighborhood in the old town of Nablus as well as the town of Qabalan to its south and arrested Mohammad Talal, from the town of Yatma south of Nablus, after storming and searching his house.
