Activists on social media circulated horrifying testimonies from survivors of the ongoing massacre at Al-Shifa Hospital, which has been ongoing for days, on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
According to citizens who fled towards southern Gaza, Israeli tanks ran over several people while they were alive, while occupation soldiers carried out field executions.
One of the survivors said in a video clip that they witnessed death under siege for six days at Al-Shifa Hospital, indicating that Israeli tanks ran over citizens while they were alive.

The woman said they were in a house near Al-Shifa Hospital, pointing out that Israeli airstrikes caused houses to collapse on the heads of their inhabitants.
Meanwhile, a young man mentioned that occupation forces carried out field executions of young men and men in front of their mothers and children.
Another woman, who lives near Al-Shifa Medical Complex, mentioned that occupation soldiers searched houses, and one of the soldiers kicked the door with his foot, allowing a police dog to enter and attack her husband. She confirmed that Israeli tanks ran over citizens while they were alive.

Journalist Jihad Abu Shanab said that dozens of families have been besieged without water or food for 6 days in houses and neighbourhoods near Al-Shifa Complex, subjected to gunfire and intense aerial and artillery bombardment, and have been calling for days for the Red Cross and international organizations to intervene to save them.
Abu Shanab also mentioned that some citizens who managed to leave informed him that dozens of martyrs and injured were in the streets and that occupation forces demolished 8 houses on the heads of their inhabitants.

A child, one of the survivors of the executions carried out by Israeli occupation forces after they were released from Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, said that everyone who was with him was killed by occupation snipers, despite being told they were safe after being detained by occupation forces for several hours.
Activists also circulated a video clip on social media showing a group of naked Palestinians heading towards the southern areas of the Gaza Strip.
It is worth noting that the occupation army continues to storm Al-Shifa Hospital, which housed thousands of patients and displaced persons and is conducting wide-scale arrests and killing operations among the displaced, and shelling the houses surrounding the hospital, resulting in hundreds of martyrs and wounded
