Hezbollah announced that it targeted a Merkava tank with a guided missile in the town of Al-Bayada in southern Lebanon, confirming a direct hit. The tank was reportedly seen engulfed in flames following the strike.
The group also released a series of video clips documenting attacks on Israeli occupation vehicles in southern Lebanon using explosive-laden drones, claiming confirmed direct impacts.
Direct Drone Strike on Command Vehicle
One of the released clips shows an explosive drone striking a command and communications vehicle belonging to Israeli forces in the town of Taybeh in southern Lebanon. The footage captures a direct hit, resulting in the complete destruction of the vehicle.
Targeting Armoured Personnel Carrier
In another video, Hezbollah showcased an attack using an explosive drone against a Namer armoured personnel carrier positioned in one of the Israeli military locations in the town of Friz. The strike reportedly resulted in a confirmed direct hit on the vehicle.
The footage highlights the continued use of drone-based attacks by Hezbollah as part of its operational tactics against Israeli military assets in southern Lebanon.
