Officials familiar with ongoing diplomatic efforts have revealed that the United States has submitted a 15-point plan to Iran aimed at ending the war in the Middle East, according to The New York Times. The proposal reflects what appears to be an urgent push by the Trump administration to de-escalate a conflict that has entered its fourth week and triggered wide-ranging economic and regional consequences.
The plan was reportedly delivered through a Pakistani intermediary. However, uncertainty remains regarding whether Iranian officials have fully reviewed the proposal or whether it could serve as a viable foundation for negotiations.
Uncertainty Surrounding Regional Responses
It is also unclear how Israel, which is actively participating alongside the United States in the ongoing military campaign, views the proposed framework. Despite this ambiguity, the introduction of the plan signals an intensification of US diplomatic efforts to contain and conclude a conflict that has already drawn in multiple regional actors.
Key Conditions Outlined in the Proposed Plan
According to Israeli media reports, the plan includes a series of stringent conditions directed at Iran’s military, nuclear, and regional posture:
Nuclear Programme Restrictions
- Iran must dismantle its existing nuclear capabilities.
- Iran must commit to not pursuing nuclear weapons in the future.
- All uranium enrichment activities within Iranian territory must cease.
- Iran must transfer approximately 450 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60% to the International Atomic Energy Agency within an agreed timeframe.
- Nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow must be dismantled.
- The International Atomic Energy Agency must be granted full access, transparency, and oversight within Iran.
Regional and Military Conditions
- Iran must abandon its strategy of relying on regional proxy groups.
- Iran must cease funding, directing, and arming its allies in the region.
- The Strait of Hormuz must remain open and function as a free maritime passage.
- Iran’s missile programme must be restricted in terms of range and quantity, based on limits to be defined later.
- Any future use of missiles must be confined strictly to defensive purposes.
A Diplomatic Push Amid Escalating Conflict
The proposed framework highlights Washington’s attempt to impose comprehensive conditions that extend beyond nuclear limitations to include Iran’s broader regional influence and military capabilities. While no official response has been confirmed, the plan underscores the high-stakes nature of the current confrontation and the complexity of achieving a negotiated resolution.

US shall accept the 3 Plans outlined earlier by Iran but not the 15 points outlined by US. There is no guarantee Iran will be attacked in the future as per 15 Plans proposal. US is in the losing side and the prolonged war is justifiable to ensure Iran sovereignty.
ln the meantime USA and lsrael will reciprocate the same conditions, ie dismantle ALL NUCLEAR STOCK PILES AND ANY MEANS OF RESTARTING NUCLEAR PROGRAMME.lsrael will return all occupied/conquered land to pre wars in the last century and lsrael fully fund rebuilding of Gaza. USA to create LITTLE ISRAEL TO HOUSE ALL ZIONIST STATE ON AMERICAN SOIL AND RECREATE PALESTINE WHERE TRURS JEWS, CHRISTIANS AND MOSLEMS in harmony. All zionists are converts. mainly Europe Asia America , not direct descendents of the tribe of Israel. zionists are descendents of people converted by the three sons of hazrat Nuah alahi salam with no direct bloodline to the people who were reparriated by Prophet Mussa a s ,hence NO CLAIM OVER PROMISED LAND.
The arrogance of the USA and the cult state!! How dare they stipulate conditions on finishing an aggression they started.? Absolute delusional devils!
Iran should not trust the again, firstly, secondly, they d should hammer them. They should finish when they feel that the aggression will no longer be there, ever! This is not the times of old where treaties are signed and kind of stuck to. No these are treacherous times. Don’t trust anyone Iran., and remove their presence from the region. Completely. No concessions. These Devils want to leave Iraq incapable of defending itself, like Syria. Nope. Nope. Nope
