The Iranian army announced that its forces had targeted what it described as “US military facilities” with drones at the Al-Udeiri and Ali Al Salem bases, as well as several bridges in Kuwait.
It also said that drones had struck “facilities belonging to the US military” at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Al-Azraq, Jordan.
Axios cited a US official as saying that Iran had launched a ballistic missile at a US base in Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, Saudi Civil Defence issued an alert warning of a threat in Yanbu Governorate.
US Strikes Continue for Seventh Consecutive Night
US Central Command, CENTCOM, announced that it had carried out strikes on Iran for the seventh consecutive night, saying the attacks were intended to “continue weakening its military capabilities”.
In a statement, CENTCOM said US forces had redirected four commercial vessels as part of the naval blockade imposed on Iran.
Iran’s official news agency reported that five explosions were heard in Yazd, in central Iran.
Mehr News Agency said an explosion had occurred on the southern outskirts of Lar, in Fars Province, southern Iran, while several locations in Ahvaz were also subjected to bombardment.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that its air defences had shot down an MQ-9 drone over Bushehr Province in southern Iran.
