The unanimous agreement of all scholars is that the triple divorce ends the marriage. The statment of three divorce takes place even if it was in one session while the man intended three talaq divorces, and even if there was no witnesses.
The wife cannot get back to the husband in this case unless if she chooses to marry another man and they consummate the marriage, and then if he divorced her, then she may marry the previous husband with a new marriage contract.
