However, science explains this strange behavior logically, without resorting to the world of ghosts and fear to explain phenomena that take place in our world and with the pets that live among us.
At first glance, the strange and abnormal actions of cats can be explained by their strong sense of smell and a strong sense of hearing as well. Cats have amazing sensitivity and can hear what the average human cannot hear, as they can hear the stomping of ants (as it is said). From Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace be upon him said (what means): (If you hear the crowing of roosters, ask Allah of His bounty; because it saw an Angel, and if you have heard a braying of a donkey, say “A^outhu Billahi mina-sh shaytani-r Rajeem”, because it saw the devil.)
And Jabir bin Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said (what means): (If you have heard dogs barking and donkeys braying at night, say “A^outhu Billahi mina-sh shaytani-r Rajeem”, because it see what you don’t see).
In these hadiths, there is a clear indication that some of the animals see the devil – who is of the the jinn – a real vision that frightens him, and there is no objection to them hearing the voices of the jinn and demons as well.
