We live in a world that celebrates “diversity” and “tolerance.”
Wear what you want. Love who you want. Believe what you want.
Until you say: “I believe in Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger.”
Then suddenly, you are extreme. You are a threat. You are asked to apologise, to dilute, to hide.
The world that preaches tolerance becomes intolerant — not because you harmed anyone, but because you dared to believe with clarity.
I. Tolerance Is Conditional — Faithfulness Is Forbidden
They will tolerate anything… as long as you don’t believe in absolute truth.

- You can believe “everything is relative.”

- You can invent your own morality.

- You can worship self, society, science, or desire.
But believe in One God? Follow a Revelation unchanged for 1400 years? Live by a moral code that doesn’t shift with public opinion?
Now you’re “rigid,” “dangerous,” “backward.”
“They wish you would compromise, so they would compromise.” (Qur’an 68:9)
II. Freedom of Speech — Except for Muslims
The world defends the right to mock prophets, but silences the right to honour them.

- Draw cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم? “Freedom of expression.”

- Critique liberal values respectfully? “Hate speech.”

- Say “Allahu Akbar” in public? Immediate suspicion.
The double standard is not subtle. It is systemic.
And it teaches one lesson: Your Islam is only acceptable when it is silent, hidden, or watered down.
III. Why the World Fears Certainty
In an age where everything is questioned, a Muslim who says “This is true” threatens the entire system.
Because:

- Truth imposes limits.

- Truth exposes lies.

- Truth demands accountability.
When you say “La ilaha illa Allah,” you are not just stating belief. You are rejecting every false authority, every man-made ideology, every tyranny of the soul.
And that’s why you will always be too “intense” for a world built on denial.
“Indeed, they dislike what you say, but they cannot harm you, except with permission from Allah.” (Qur’an 58:10)
IV. The Test of Remaining Unapologetic
The world will offer you comfort in exchange for compromise.
It will say: Pray, but quietly. Believe, but privately. Be Muslim, but not too much.
And yet the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم remained firm under the heaviest persecution — because he understood:
“Whoever seeks the pleasure of people at the cost of Allah’s displeasure, Allah will leave him to the people.” (Tirmidhi, Hasan)
We are not here to be accepted by the world. We are here to be witnesses over it.
Conclusion
The world preaches tolerance — until you say “Allah.”
The world preaches love — until you love Allah more than it.
The world preaches freedom — until you are free from its approval.
Remain firm. Remain unapologetic. Remain upon the truth.
Because real tolerance is not when you dilute your faith. It’s when you live it, with dignity, no matter who applauds or attacks.
“And whoever holds firmly to Allah has been guided to a straight path.” (Qur’an 3:101)
