According to Al-Qassam, the resistance fighters detonated a specialized “television” anti-personnel explosive, targeting a group of twelve Israeli officers in the Al-Faluja area west of the camp, resulting in multiple fatalities and injuries.

Among the wounded was a battalion commander from the same brigade, who sustained severe injuries, as confirmed by the Israeli military following the operation.
