Israeli Channel 13 revealed that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened a high-level meeting earlier this week with several Mossad officials to discuss a deportation plan for the besieged Gaza Strip.
According to the channel, “the discussion focused on ways to advance the deportation plan from Gaza and the diplomatic means to implement it.” The report further disclosed that Netanyahu tasked Mossad with identifying countries willing to absorb those forced out of Gaza.
Meanwhile, The Washington Post, citing what it described as “the most dangerous leak since the beginning of the Israeli assault on Gaza,” reported that:
“A shocking plan has been circulating within the White House aiming to empty Gaza entirely of its population and transform it into a high-tech tourist ‘Riviera’ under U.S. trusteeship.”
The paper added that while the Trump administration described the plan as “insane,” human rights advocates warn it is nothing but a soft disguise for ethnic cleansing and genocide, drafted cold-bloodedly at the table of power.
According to the leaked 38-page document, the proposal calls for:
- The temporary resettlement of over two million Palestinians.
- Presenting the scheme as a $100 billion “development project” powered by artificial intelligence and futuristic investment visions mirroring Saudi Arabia’s NEOM.
- Rebranding mass displacement as economic growth, while in reality laying the foundations for a new colonial settlement project that erases Palestinian sovereignty and engineers the region’s demographics under glossy terminology.
The paper continued:
“The Trump administration rejected the White House proposal to develop a so-called ‘Gaza Riviera’ of high-tech mega-cities, dismissing it as a ‘crazy attempt’ to provide cover for mass ethnic cleansing of Palestinian lands.”
Earlier, The Washington Post had also published a leaked briefing of the same plan, which explicitly envisioned the forced displacement of Gaza’s two million residents and placing the Strip under U.S. guardianship for at least a decade.
The report further revealed that the proposal—dubbed “The Gaza Reconstruction and Accelerated Economy Transformation Fund,” or “The Great Fund”—was allegedly developed by Israeli figures behind the U.S.- and Israel-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, with Boston Consulting Group contributing to the financial planning.
The leaked memo surfaced just days after Trump hosted a White House meeting on “the day after Gaza”, attended by former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who contributed his views on Gaza’s future to the Trump administration and Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law.
