The Al-Qassam Brigades have released footage showing their fighters targeting Israeli military vehicles that had advanced two days earlier into the Deir al-Balah area, in the central Gaza Strip.
The video clips show Al-Qassam fighters approaching Israeli tanks and armoured personnel carriers at close range, before striking them with Yassin-105 anti-armour shells.
In one of the scenes, Al-Qassam fighters spotted an Israeli soldier atop a tank and fired a direct Yassin projectile at it, scoring a confirmed hit.
Another scene captures a fighter approaching within just a few meters of an armoured personnel carrier, launching a Yassin shell and striking the vehicle directly.
The Israeli occupation forces had launched a military assault on the Deir al-Balah region, ordering civilians to evacuate their homes and advancing into surrounding areas. The operation was declared over after just one day, during which the occupation forces sustained losses, including the death of a soldier from the Golani Brigade, multiple severe injuries among troops, and the destruction of military vehicles.
