The Al-Qassam Brigades have released dramatic footage of a deadly ambush carried out against Israeli occupation forces in southeast Khan Younis on Tuesday, resulting in the killing of seven Israeli soldiers, including one officer.
The video captures Al-Qassam fighters closely monitoring the movements of the invading Israeli forces, tracking their advancement and identifying their positions before launching a coordinated attack.
As Israeli military vehicles advanced into the ambush zone, two Al-Qassam fighters emerged — one carrying a Shawaz explosive device and the other equipped with a “Fedayeen Operation” explosive, targeting two separate Israeli armoured vehicles.
The first fighter successfully planted the Fedayeen explosive and detonated it, destroying the vehicle. The second fighter approached a nearby armoured personnel carrier (APC), climbed on top of it, and threw a Shawaz explosive directly into its cabin. The device landed on a soldier’s head and exploded seconds later, killing all personnel inside.
The footage also shows the complete incineration of the Israeli vehicle, as well as the visible panic and disarray among Israeli soldiers in the surrounding area, who were unable to approach the wreckage following the blast.
