The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, announced on Tuesday that its fighters detonated a house in Al-Shuja’iyya, east of Gaza City, where a large Israeli military force was taking shelter.
In an official military statement shared via their Telegram channel, the Brigades confirmed the area had been pre-rigged with multiple explosive devices, which were simultaneously detonated, resulting in what they described as killed and wounded among the Israeli unit.

Earlier, Al-Quds Brigades reported that their fighters had executed a bombing operation targeting an Israeli military vehicle east of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, last Saturday.
According to the statement, fighters successfully planted a high-impact barrel bomb near a supply route in the northern part of New Abasan. The device was detonated with precision, and the fighters later reported the operation’s success after returning safely from frontline engagement zones.
Heavy Mortar Fire on Israeli Troop Clusters
On Monday, the Brigades also declared they had targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles operating near Al-Ma’ari School, northeast of Khan Younis, with a barrage of heavy mortar shells.
In a separate offensive, the group launched 60mm mortar shells at a foot patrol of Israeli forces near their armored presence in Al-Atatra, northern Gaza—confirming direct hits were achieved.
Relentless Resistance in the Face of Invasion
For the nineteenth consecutive month, Palestinian resistance factions have continued their strategic ambushes and guerrilla operations against the Israeli occupation’s assault on Gaza. These efforts come in response to the ongoing massacres targeting civilians and displaced populations.
Since the occupation resumed its full-scale military campaign on March 18, Palestinian fighters have carried out a series of complex ambushes and special operations that have inflicted casualties among Israeli forces.
According to the Israeli military’s own reports, hundreds of soldiers have been killed since October 7, 2023—including 410 since the launch of the ground invasion on October 27. However, Palestinian sources accuse the Israeli army of concealing the full scale of its losses, particularly as the military frequently ignores the confirmed operations announced by resistance groups, which have repeatedly reported kills and injuries among occupation forces.
