Hebrew media outlets, including the official “Makan” channel, had earlier claimed that a pilot group from Gaza traveled to Indonesia to work there.
The channel also alleged that this pilot project was preceded by consultations with the Indonesian government, despite the absence of official diplomatic relations between the two states, necessitating the establishment of a communication channel between both sides.
