A reliable source has revealed an agreement between Saudi Arabia and the United States to station U.S. troops along Saudi Arabia’s southern border with Yemen.
The source, speaking exclusively to “Arabi21” on condition of anonymity, stated that Saudi Arabia has reached an agreement with the United States to deploy military forces along its southern border near northern Yemen. This region includes Saada, the stronghold of the “Ansar Allah” Houthi movement, bordering the Saudi provinces of Najran, Jazan, and Asir.

Years of Conflict Along the Yemen-Saudi Border
Over the past years of conflict, the Yemen-Saudi border has been the scene of intense battles between Houthi militants, Saudi forces, and Saudi-aligned troops under the Arab coalition’s command. The contested border stretches approximately 400 kilometers, spanning from Saada through the Yemeni governorates of Al-Jawf and Hajjah.
Saada, located in northern Yemen, is the main stronghold of the Houthi movement. It comprises 12 districts, nine of which border Saudi Arabia’s southern provinces of Najran, Jazan, and Asir.
