Hezbollah, in a statement, confirmed that it had launched a swarm of kamikaze drones targeting a training camp for the Golani Brigade in Binyamina, south of Haifa.
The group explained that the attack was a response to Israeli aggression on both Lebanon and Palestine, emphasizing that the “Islamic resistance remains ever-present and ready to defend our country and our oppressed people. We will not hesitate to fulfill our duty in deterring the enemy, and Allah is capable of all things.”
Footage from the targeted military base showed scenes of chaos and panic among the soldiers.
According to the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom, sirens did not sound in the Binyamina area before the drones struck.
