The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) recently shared a document with northern mayors detailing the “Updated Scenario” for an all-out war with Hezbollah, according to The Times of Israel.
This document outlines potential impacts, including three-day power outages in some cities, water supply breakdowns lasting several days, disconnection of landlines for up to eight hours, cellphone communication disruptions for up to 24 hours, and brief local interruptions of radio and internet services.
The document further highlighted that up to 40% of “Israel’s” workforce might be unable to work during the war, and service providers from outside the affected areas may be unavailable.
The security establishment, as reported by The Times of Israel, anticipates an unprecedented attack on “Israel” with hundreds of rockets carrying warheads ranging from 50 kilograms to 500 kilograms.
Hezbollah is expected to initially target IOF facilities, followed by infrastructure and then civilian areas, though priorities may shift, as per the report.
The group may aim at targets as far south as Tel Aviv, potentially prompting mass evacuations to al-Quds and southern regions, it added.
Evacuees would be housed in hotels, many of which are currently sheltering displaced Israeli settlers from the North. If al-Quds hotels are full, evacuees would be accommodated in city schools.
Plans are underway to set up tent cities in the South, including locations like Timna, north of Eilat, and Eshkol Park in al-Naqab. This model is similar to the tents arranged by Arcadi Gaydamak at Nitzanim Beach in 2006 for settlers evacuated during the 2006 July War and in 2007 at Yarkon Park for Sderot settlers, the report emphasized.

In the same context, Israeli security officials told Maariv that they are preparing for unexpected retaliation scenarios, such as infiltration attempts into occupied territories by Hezbollah from the North, in addition to possible incoming attempts from the direction of the West Bank.
The Israeli command has heightened readiness across units of occupation forces, in preparation for anticipated responses from Resistance factions.
This comes after “Israel” assassinated two high-ranking Resistance leaders, namely top Hezbollah commander martyr Fouad Shokor and top Hamas official martyr Ismail Haniyeh in the Southern Suburbs of Beirut and Tehran respectively, following which the Axis of Resistance, including Iran, promised stern retaliation to the Israeli crimes, leaving both Israeli officials and settlers on edge.
Israelis have been stocking up on supplies, while a occupied al-Quds’ municipality advised residents to “clean and prepare their bomb shelters,” warning they must be able to reach shelters in 90 seconds.
