The malicious plans pursued by some hidden hands threaten to implement them in the city of Medina as part of a systematic strategy to “westernize” the kingdom and undermine the values of its people and their identity, which began in Riyadh and extended to other cities.
Observers confirm that reaching the point of targeting the city of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and corrupting it, despite its status among Muslims, is something that no previous ruler dared to do.
Among the most important plans targeting the city of Medina is undermining its religious sanctity and its noble Prophet’s Mosque, as the city has had a special sanctity for centuries, where there is no room for tampering or corruption, especially at its Prophet’s Mosque.
However, “hidden hands” have begun, in one way or another, to break this sanctity by replacing the phrase “for Muslims only” with the phrase “Haram boundary” on directional signs in Medina.
As a result, according to observers, the Prophet’s Mosque has lost part of its sanctity and dignity. A video circulated showing two girls in revealing and indecent clothes trying to enter the mosque while the call to prayer was being made before being stopped by a security guard. The question here is: Who allowed them to enter the Prophet’s Mosque wearing such clothes?
Disrespect for the sanctity of the Prophet’s Mosque reached the point of allowing the display of indecent women’s clothing hundreds of meters away from its noble precincts.
Last January witnessed the most dangerous event, which is the government itself hosting an extremist Hindu delegation represented by a Hindu minister known for her extreme hostility towards Muslims, as the delegation toured near the Prophet’s Mosque in a clear challenge to the symbolism of the place and the feelings of Muslims.
The message seems to be that the city of Medina, which Islamic law prohibits non-Muslims from visiting, is no longer exclusive to Muslims, but can be visited by pagan religions and desecrate its mosque.
Israeli infiltration
In parallel, there is a rush to allow Israeli infiltration into the city of Medina.
In recent years, the reign of the crown prince has witnessed serious Israeli violations targeting the city of Medina, its monuments, and its noble Prophet’s Mosque directly.
It all started with an Israeli named Ben Tzion in 2017, who filmed himself inside the precincts of the Prophet’s Mosque wearing clothes with Hebrew inscriptions.
Things escalated thereafter with the government allowing open Israeli delegations to enter Medina, including journalists, businessmen, and tourists.
One Israeli appeared bragging about filming a video near the Prophet’s Mosque, saying that just a year ago they were prohibited from entering Riyadh, and today they roam around the city of Medina.
In February 2023, Israeli media broadcasted for the first time a report from the heart of the city of Medina, filmed by an Israeli camera and with the voice of an Israeli reporter just meters away from the Prophet Muhammad’s grave.
The Hebrew newspaper The Times of Israel published a detailed report in July 2022 documenting the repeated visits of Israelis to the kingdom, including businessmen, journalists, and others, and discussing the visit of 50 of them to the city of Medina.
Alongside this, hidden-hands allowed the sale of properties in the city of Medina to foreigners after amending the ownership law to allow foreigners to own property in Mecca and Medina, after they had been exempted from this since the establishment of the kingdom.
This will open the door wide for Israelis to own property in the two holy cities, even if under different nationalities and through twisted means.
Following the example of other cities and under the pretext of development and construction, campaigns of demolition and displacement of several neighborhoods of the city of Medina and its Islamic heritage, which is rich in memories, have begun.
Observers agree that the attempt by hidden hands to target the city of Medina with its religion, people, heritage, and identity carries dangerous implications. With the increasing visits of rabbis to the kingdom, fears are rising that the name “Yathrib” will be circulated again, or even that Israelis will demand the return of Khaybar!
